The project
VP Realty is a property management company in Texas, USA. Webmantra handles social media on this website. The aim of this project was to get leads from property owners and increase popularity of the company.
The Challenge
This company only had a website, but no business page on any social media platform. Second thing was getting likes and on freshly created pages. Because people prefer more experienced profiles for their properties. Though VP Realty had good experience, but on social media they were new. Another challenge was to get leads from owners, as this was the company requirements.
The Solution
Initially VP Realty didn’t have any online presence on social media. So, before we started working, we created Business pages for social media channels, added all the details about the company, so that users can get all the information about the company. Our process includes understanding business needs, creating campaigns, and competitive analysis.
For paid promotions, we selected appropriate channels and started working by setting up demographics, interest and other important things. With interactive graphics and content, we are getting leads and page likes. To get appropriate leads, setup campaigns and audiences accordingly.
