Job Profile:Webmantra is looking for a candidate with 4 to 5 years of experience in Business Development of Digital Services / Advertising Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete Business Cycle from generating leads to converting these leads into successful business to payment and managing the account for the organization. The candidate should have prior experience in Business Development for Web, Mobile Application development services, Digital Marketing - SEO & SMO and other IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarising yourself with all the Digital Services offered by our company - Webmantra.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.
  • Driving new clients through cold calling, direct contact, network, collaboration with Agencies.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads.
  • Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
  • Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
  • Nurturing leads and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Job Profile:We are looking for a Creative Graphic and UI / UX Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will be working on variety of projects that range from web design, social media and refining existing interfaces. As a Graphic Designer you must demonstrate a passion for great design and you should have good communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Understand the design brief and collaborate accordingly with the team members.
  • Awareness about current design/industry trends in marketing, graphic design, and social media advertising.
  • Create solid and polished design for Web and Mobile apps.
  • Create pictures, banners, email posts, social media posts, ad campaigns for various digital or print media for specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, content writers, and other designers to build a design strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years of industry experience in UI/UX design on various web, mobile and digital platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail, typography and composition.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of Open source technology like Wordpress, Joomla will be an advantage
